2 cans Cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
4 cups cooked rice
1 bag of Chow Mein Noodles
Tomatoes
Chopped celery
Chopped green pepper
Chopped green onions
Pineapple chunks
Grated cheddar cheese
Slivered almonds
Coconut
Olives
Green peas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup and chicken broth in saucepan. Add chicken and simmer 8-10 minutes. On serving plates layer all ingredients. First stack rice, Chow Mein Noodles, chicken and gravy. Add toppings.
