1 bag frozen O'Brien style hash browns.
Chopped up ham, or bacon
12 eggs
Shredded Cheese
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a casserole dish:
Layer frozen O'Brien style hash browns and chopped up ham or bacon.
Crack eggs in a separate bowl and whisk them. Pour over layered hash browns and ham/bacon. Cover the whole thing with some shredded cheese and bake in a 350º oven until the middle is fully cooked, almost an hour if it's thick.
