2 cups grated zucchini
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
3 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda
½ tsp baking powder
3 cups flour

Gary's Mom Barb made this weekly when they lived on the farm. When she made it as a cake, she always put chocolate frosting on it. Sooo good!!!
