Shark Steaks
Milk
Lemon juice
Butter
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put shark in a shallow pan or ziplock bag.
Cover with milk and marinate at least 2 hours. (Get’s the real fishy taste out)
Melt butter and add lemon, salt, and pepper. (amount depends on how much shark you have as you are going to dip the shark in the mixture right before you place on the grill)
Take the meat out of the milk and pat dry. (Your dogs will love the leftover milk)
Dip the shark pieces in the butter mix and put on the grill. (The fire will flare up at first but no need to call 911, It just lasts several seconds)
Cover and grill about 7-8 minutes. Flip, baste with butter, cover, and cook for 7-8 more.
I like it with rice-a-roni
