1/2 C. Unsalted Butter, softened
1/3 C. Cane Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/4 C. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/3 C. Macadamia Nuts, finely chopped & roasted
1/2 C. Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Add vanilla, flour, salt & mix until combined. Mix in nuts & chocolate chips & stir to combined. Scoop 1 Tbsp. of cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets. (They don't spread as much). Press down slightly with palm of hand & chill cookies for 15 min., they start to get golden around the edges. Let cool completely before removing from sheets. Cookies are crumbly & buttery. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
