1 cup flour
½ cup melted margarine
½ cup walnuts (save enough to sprinkle on top)

1, 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese (beaten)
1 cup icing sugar

2 regular size (or 1 large) instant lemon pie filling

1 small tub Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1: Mix first 3 ingredients together and spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes (or until brown) in a 350 degree oven. Cool.

Step 2: Beat sugar in with beaten cheese. Then, fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Step 3: Spread pudding over cheese mixture. Let set a few minutes then spread remaining Cool Whip over the top of lemon. Finally, sprinkle the remainder of the nuts. (Chop them up to size of your choice), Set for a few hours or overnight before serving.
