2 tbsp olive or salad oil
1 clove garlic minced
1 medium onion chopped
1 lb ground beef
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp rosemary
2 six oz cans Hunt's tomato paste
3 cups of hot water - (1 1/2 works)
1/2 lb lasagna noodles
1/2 lb ricotta cheese
1/2 lb mozzarella or Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded or grated

Directions:
Saute onion and garlic until soft. Add ground beef and cook until crumbly. Mix in salt, pepper, rosemary and Hunt's tomato paste blended with hot water. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. In shallow baking dish 9x13x2 put thin layer of sauce, half of noodles, ricotta, Parmesan and thin slices of mozzarella. Repeat, sauce, noodles, sauce and rest of mozzarella. Bake 350º F for 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbling hot. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
