1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine. Softened
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups. ( 16 oz. ) Hershey's syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 º Grease a 9 X 13 pan. In a large bowl beat flour, sugar, butter, eggs and syrup until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 min. Or unti top springs back when lightly touched. ( top may still appear wet. )
Cool completely in pan. Spread mint cream layer on cake. ( see below ) Chill. Pour choc. Topping over dessert
( see below ) cover ; chill

Mint Cream layer;
To a small bowl combine 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup butter or margarine. ( softened ) , 1 T. Water, 1/2 tsp. Mint extract
And 3 drops of green food coloring. Beat until smooth.

Choc. Topping:
In a small micro-proof bowl melt 6 T. Butter or margarine. And 1 cup mint choc. Chips or semi sweet choc. Chips. On high for about 1 to 1 1/2 min. Or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
