1 Pkg Oreo Cookies, crushed
1/2 c. Melted Margarine
16 oz. Cream Cheese
8 oz. Tub Cool Whip
1 (6 oz) Instant Chocolate Pudding
2 C. Milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Combine crushed Oreo cookies and 1/2 c. melted Margarine. Press into bottom of 9 x 12 pan.

Beat cream cheese and 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Prepare pudding according to pkg directions. Pour over cream cheese. Cool. Then spread with 8 oz. Cool Whip. Chill overnight.
