3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Oil
1 1/2 c. Puréed red beats. 2 cans maybe
2 squares choc. ( melted )
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1 3/4 c. Flour

Frosting:
4 T. Butter
1 cup sugar
4 T. Milk
4 oz. choc. Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 º
Grease and flour a 9 X 13 pan. Can use cocoa powder in place of flour.
Mix eggs, sugar, oil, beats, choc, vanilla, salt, baking soda and flour. Pour into pan. Bake for 25 min. Or until done.

Mix frosting ingred. Butter, sugar and milk. Boil 30 seconds. Add Choc. Chips, stir until melted.
Let cool and frost cake.

Got this rec. from my neighbor. Sounds weird with the beets. And I don't really like beets. It's kind of like zuk. You don't taste it but it makes the cakes moist. I love this rec.
