6 cups sliced apples
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 T. Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg

2 pie crusts. I use the ones you find in the ref. Case at the store that you just unfold.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour and spices and a dash of salt. Mix with apples.
Line pie pan with crust. Fill with Apple mixture, dot with 3 to 4 T. Margarine. Adjust top crust , seal edges and cut slits for steam to escape. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 º for 50 min.
