3 Eggs beaten
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
3 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 Cups peeled, coarsely grated Zucchini
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix well.

Add remaining ingredients and beat.

Pour into 13 x 9 greased and floured pan.

Bake 350 50-60 minutes.
