1 Cup Warm Water
3 Cups Warm Milk
4 tsp Salt
7 Cups Flour
4 Pkg Yeast
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients until smooth. Knead adding flour as needed. Let rise until double (1 1/2 hours). Punch down and let rise again for 1/2 hour.

Cut into doughnuts and let rise for 30 minutes uncovered. Fry at 375 in oil
