1 lb ground beef
1 egg slightly beaten
¼ cup chopped onion
2 TB chopped green pepper
1 tsp salt
½ cup rice
1 can (10 ½oz) condensed tomato soup
2 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, egg, onion, green pepper, salt & ¼ cup rice. Mix well. Shape into 8 balls & roll each ball in remaining ¼ cup rice. Press the rice into the meat so that as it cooks it will stay on the meat. Place meatballs in pan. Mix tomato soup & boiling water & pour over meat balls. Cover & simmer about 45 minutes or until done. Serves 4-6
