1 Head Romaine lettuce - wash and broken into pieces in a large bowl

Dressing:

Add together:
1 Tsp dry mustard
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
⅛ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Cheese croutons

Chill dressing, and toss over salad just before ready to eat
