2 c whipping cream
2 c sugar
2 c self rising flour
4 eggs, separate and whip whites
1 t. vanilla
1 can coconut milk

Icing:
20 oz. sour cream
2 c sugar
2 - 14 oz. bags coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream, add sugar and flour, mix egg yolks and vanilla. Fold in egg whites. Pour into 3 sprayed 8" cake pans. Bake until done at 350º. Poke holes into cake and pour coconut milk onto cake.

**To save time take 2 Duncan Hines coconut cake mixes and bake according to directions. Finish the same**

Icing: Combine sugar and sour cream. Set in refrigerator and let sugar dissolve. Spread over cake layers and sides. Add coconut - must be patted and spread over cake. Keep in refrigerator.
