2 c sugar
1 c Crisco
4 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
1/3 c cocoa powder
1 T vanilla
1/4 t. salt
1 c pecans
Mini Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and Crisco. Beat and add eggs. Add flour, cocoa, vanilla, salt and pecans. Pour into 9x13 pan and bake at 325º for 30-35 minutes. Do not overbake. Cover with marshmallows and return to oven to soften. Do not melt completely. Cool.
 

Frosting

1 1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c cocoa powder
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c evaporated milk
1 c pecans

Combine all and spread on cake. Will be thin, let stand.
