4 squares semi sweet chocolate, melted
1/2 c butter
2 c sugar
1 1/2 c milk
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
2 c flour
1 t. salt
2 t. baking powder
1 c nuts, chopped



Frosting:
1/2 c butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 squares semi sweet chocolate
1 c nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add melted chocolate and beaten eggs. Mix dry ingredients. Alternate with milk and vanilla. Add nuts. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes in greased and floured 9x13 cake pan. Cool and freeze.

Frosting: melt butter and chocolate. Add rest of ingredients. Ice frozen cake and return to freezer. Serve cold.
