1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c oil
1/2 c water
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
6 oz. cream cheese
1 german chocolate bar, grated
8 oz. sour cream
4 eggs



Frosting:
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c pecans, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all, add cream cheese and chocolate. Save enough chocolate to sprinkle over top. Bake in bundt pan at 350º for 40-45 minutes.

Frosting:
Cream butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans. Sprinkle with reserved grated chocolate.
