Ingredients:
1 pound goat cheese
1 pound cream cheese
1/2 c. pesto
1/2 c. sun-dried tomato pesto

Directions:
Directions:
Let cheeses sit at room temp until fairly soft. Beat together. Brush a loaf pan with melted butter and line with waxed or parchment paper, and butter again. Spread flat 1/3 of cheese mixture, add the pesto in one layer. Add another third of the cheese, again spreading flat, then the layer of sun-dried tomato pesto, followed by the remaining cheese. Cover the top with plastic wrap, pressing it flat to cheese. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Unmold, remove paper and place on a serving platter. Serve with fresh crostini or crackers and assorted italian meats.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a good do ahead appetizer. It feeds around 20-24 so if you have a smaller crowd you can cut the recipe and use a baby loaf pan. This was served at the Glover wedding.
