2 bags washed fresh spinach
1 head Romaine lettuce
2 pints sliced strawberries
1 red onion sliced very thin
1 package fresh mushrooms. cleaned and sliced
4 Tbsp sesame seeds
Sliced almonds

Dressing:
Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use on salad
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup red cider vinegar
¼ tsp paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire

Dressing Variation:

In Blender, add together :

1 tsp grated onion
1 tsp dry mustard
½ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp white vinegar
1 cup salad oil
3 Tbsp white vinegar
2 Tbsp poppy seed or celery seeds

Store in refrigerator until ready to use on a salad
