1 (8-ounce) package cubed mozzarella cheese
1 pkg pepperoni
5 eggs
3/4 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste

Cube cheese in bottom of pie plate. Add cut up pepperoni. Mix eggs, milk , salt, pepper and basil. Pour over cheese and pepperoni. Bake 400 for 30 min.

Recipe from Nancy Hubley. Nancy, Sid and the family - Laura, Peggy, Ellen, Charlie and Matthew were our neighbours on Laurier Street in Dartmouth from 1976 - 1980. Nancy and I worked at the IWK together as well. Jocelyn and Charlie spent lots of time playing at both homes and sharing dinner at whatever house served the food they enjoyed the most.
