8 oz whole wheat spaghetti
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons corn starch
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 cups snap peas, trimmed
12 oz boneless pork chops, cut into thin strips
3 cloves garlic, minced
3-4 scallions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta. Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch and sugar in a small bowl. Heat oil over medium high heat, add snap peas and cook, stirring frequently, until beginning to soften, about 2 minutes. Add pork and cook about 2 minutes, until no longer pink. Add garlic and cook about 30 seconds. Add soy sauce mixture to pan, stirring for about 1 minute, until thickening. Remove from heat and add pasta to the pan to coat. Served with scallions

Asparagus or snow peas work well if snap peas not available
