2 cans can(s) Pillsbury crescent roll dough (use this kind only!)
1 8 ounce brick softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg dry Hidden Valley ranch mix
1 pkg broccoli florets (chopped)
1 pkg match stick carrot (carrot shreds)
3 colored bell peppers (chopped) (red, yellow, green or orange)
1-2 tsp cream style horseradish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375'
Unroll both cans of dough; separate dough into 4 long rectangles. In ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan, place dough; press in bottom and up sides to form crust.
Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, horseradish sauce & ranch mix until smooth.
Spread over crust.
Top with vegetables.
Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Cut into squares.
