1 lb. about 3 dozen mussel
2 tbsp.s sour cream
2 tbsp.s mayonnaise
1 tbsp. white wine
1 tsp Dijon style mustard
1 tsp chopped chives or green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Steam the mussels.
Remove from the shells but keep half of the shells to display the finished product.
Mix all the remaining ingredients and marinate the mussels in this mixture overnight.
To serve the mussels, place 1-2 mussels in the shells and serve.
Add fresh dill for colour on top.
