¾ cup flour
½ cup sliced almonds
2 large egg whites
2 tablespoons water
8 small fillets of fish
3 tablespoon olive oil, divided
¼ cup thinly sliced garlic
2 tablespoons capers, rinsed
3 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Pulse flour, 1/4 cup almonds, ½ teaspoon pepper. And ½ teaspoon salt, and process until almonds are finely chopped. Put on large plate. Whisk egg whites and water in shallow dish. Dip fillets in egg mixture, then into the flour, coating each side. In large skillet, cook fillets until golden brown, about 2-4 minutes per side. Place fish on baking sheet and place in warm oven. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to skillet on low heat, Add garlic and ¼ cup almonds, cook stirring for 15 seconds, remove from heat and stir in capers, lemon juice, and ¼ teaspoons pepper. Top fish with sauce and serve with lemon wedges
