4 OZ. SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE (NOT CHIPS)
2 OZ. UNSALTED BUTTER (4 TABLESPOONS)
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT

TOAST ONE CUP PEELED HAZEL NUTS IN A DRY PAN UNTIL FRAGRANT AND GOLDEN, LET COOL.

MELT 4 OZ. SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE (NOT CHIPS) AND 2 OZ. UNSALTED BUTTER (4 TABLESPOONS). STIR IN 1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT.

BLEND COOLED NUTS IN FOOD PROCESSOR UNTI SMOOTH, 3-5 MINUTES, DRIZZLING 1-2 TABLESPOONS NUT OR VEGETABLE OIL. WITH THE MACHINE RUNNING, ADD THE CHOCOLATE MIXTURE, 3 TABLESPOONS SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK, AND ½ TEASPOON KOSHER SALT. TRANSFER TO CONTAINER AND REFRIGERATE
