2 1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temp
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons Amaretto liquor
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup almonds
1 cup chocolate covered almonds
2 oz. white chocolate, chopped
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Oven to 350° line sheet with parchment paper/ Whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Separately beat together butter and sugar, adding eggs, and extracts. Mix dry ingredients into liquid. Fold in raw and chocolate covered almonds.
Divide dough in half and shape into two 3x12 inch logs, and bake for 25 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and cut into ½ inch slices. Reduce temp to 250° and bake seven minutes, flip and bake again.
Melt chocolates separately and drizzle criss cross over biscotti
