2 cups mlk
½ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon melted butter
6 egg whites
1 cup cooked rice
½ cup raisins
2 teaspoons vanilla
¼ teaspoon rum abstract
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° Combine first six ingredients in saucepan over very low heat until sugar is dissolved and butter melted. Remove from heat and cool.
Place egg whites in a bowl and slowly stir in milk mixture. Add rice, raisin, vanilla, rum abstract, stir to combine.
Place rice mixture in ramekins coated with cooking spray. Place roasting pan in oven and fill with water (it should come 1/3 the way up of dishes). Sprinkle cinnamon on top, and bake for 40-45 minutes. Until toothpick comes out clean(test after 35 minutes). Serve warm or at room temp.
