6 cups beef broth
1-12 oz. can beer
1 lb. sauerkraut
1-14oz. can petite diced tomatoes
2 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
1 lb. beer brats, thinly sliced
2 cups potato cubes

Directions:
Directions:
In 3-quart saucepan combine broth, beer, sauerkraut, tomatoes, brown sugar and pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer and cook, covered, for 45 minutes. Add sausage and potatoes. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
