1 cup water
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon cayenne
1/3 cup Asiago cheese, grated
½ cup white corn meal
q garlic clove, smashed
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pan, add bay leaf and garlic. Add liquid ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Add cornmeal and stir for 10 minutes, remove bay leaf.

Pour into 3” deep pan lined with parchment paper, cover and chill for 30 minutes.

When chilled, invert polenta and cut into squares. Flour each side and lightly brown in frying pan.
