1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts
½ stick butter
2 tablespoons diced shallots
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped into bits
1 ½ tablespoons brown mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sprouts and steam. In a skillet, melt butter over medium low heat. Add shallots and cook stirring until soft, about 2 minutes. Add cooked bacon bits and mustard, stirring into sauce, and turn heat down to low.

Add steamed and drained Brussels sprouts to the mustard mixture and toss, coating sprouts.
