Ingredients:  
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 T. butter
1 pound velveeta cheese
1 8 ounce jar salsa
2 T. chopped cilantro (added just before serving)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter till soft, reduce heat to low and add other ingredients. Stir until melted. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.

This is a simple dip that I remember from my childhood. And yes, I am a fan of velveeta.
