1 pkg. fresh spinach, washed and dried and cut up
2 green onions, chopped
1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, or 1 fresh
1/2 c. chopped dates or raisins
1/4 c. sliced almonds
poppy seed dressing
Directions:

Toss all with poppy seed dressing. Serve chilled.

Can substitute any other greens for spinach.
