1/2 c. olive oil
6 cloves garlic, flattened with side of knife
8 oz. spinach linguine
8 oz linguine
4 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 c. feta, crumbled
1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped
oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and sauté garlic about 3 minutes. Let stand 30 minutes, discard garlic. Cook both pastas, al dente, drain. Transfer to bowl, add garlic oil, tomatoes, feta and herbs. Toss to coat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
