1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 - 4 oz. can green chilies, drained and chopped
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. Monterey jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 10" pie pan and preheat oven to 400º. Brown beef and onions, drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread mixture in pie pan, top with chilies. Beat milk, eggs and bisquick until combined and smooth. Pour over beef mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese, bake another 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, and shredded lettuce if desired.
