2 oz. Monterey jack - pepper cheese, shredded
10 - 10" flour tortillas
2 1/2 t. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle 1/2 c. of cheese each over 5 tortillas and top with remaining 5 tortillas to form a sandwich. Heat 1/2 tsp. oil in skillet and cook each sandwich for 3 - 4 minutes per side until golden and cheese has melted. Cut into wedges.
