4 boneless chicken breast
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
small amount of yellow mustard
1 package sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
4 slices swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. thousand island dressing or more
1 T. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in greased baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour sauerkraut over chicken. Pour dressing over all. Cover and bake at 325º for 1.5 hours. Place cheese on top and return until melts. Add more dressing as desired. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. I do this in the crock-pot 4-6 hours on low.
