3 - 8 oz. cream cheese, soft and divided
2 T. milk
2 T. sour cream
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
4 oz. brie or camembert, rind removed and soft
1 c. Swiss, shredded
4 oz. blue cheese
1/2 c. pecan, halved
Red and green apple slices or crackers

Beat 1 pkg. cream cheese with milk and sour cream until smooth. Line 9" pie pan with plastic wrap and spread cream cheese in it. Sprinkle in chopped pecans. Beat brie, swiss and blue cheese and remaining cream cheese until thoroughly combined. Gently spread over pecans smoothing the top flat. Cover and chill overnight or up to 3-4 days. Before serving, invert onto plate and remove plastic. Arrange pecans on top and serve with apples and/or crackers.
