12 sheets phyllo dough
5 lb. Brie circle
12 oz. apricot preserves
1 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
9x13 baking sheet. Layer 6 phyllo sheets - stagger to create a circle. Brush each layer with melted butter. Place brie in center and spread top and sides with apricot. Fold phyllo up and over brie.
Cover with 6 sheets phyllo same as lower, tuck ends under and brush top and sides with butter. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
