16 oz. jar mayo
4 oz. kalamata olives
1 oz. parmesan, coarsely grated
6 cloves garlic
1 oz. fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain olives well. Place olives, basil, garlic and parmesan in food processor, puree until mixture begins to thicken. Add mayo and process a few minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill.
