2 lb. pecans
2 egg whites
dash of salt
2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 t. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Heat pecans in microwave. Beat egg whites until stiff, add dash of salt. Fold sugar into egg whites. Melt butter in jelly roll pan. Fold hot nuts into egg whites and add to butter. Add cinnamon - bake at 300º for 45 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes with wooden spoon.
