1 Box yellow cake mix
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
1 T. grated lemon rind
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
3 T. butter, soft
1/2 c. unsifted all purpose flour
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. shredded coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, soup, water, eggs and lemon rind. Beat until blended. Stir in 1 c. coconut, pineapple and nuts. Spread into greased and floured 9x13 pan.. Cut butter into the flour until crumbly, stir in sugar and rest of coconut, sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes or until done.
