2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 c. milk
2 T. butter, melted
1 t. vanilla
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins

Topping:
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 T. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk and 2 T. butter with vanilla until smooth. Add raisins. Spread into greased and floured jelly roll or sheet cake pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Remove cake from oven 10 minutes into baking time. Drizzle 1/2 c. melted butter over top of cake and sprinkle with sugar mixture. Return to oven and bake
10 - 15 minutes. Serve warm.
