1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 t. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs then sour cream that has been mixed with soda. Blend well and add flour and baking powder. Blend in vanilla. Pour 1/2 mixture into a greased tube pan and sprinkle with 1/2 of topping. Pour in remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
