1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. scalded milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1/3 c. butter or crisco
3 eggs, beaten
4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, let sit until it foams and bubbles and is completely dissolved, set aside.

Combine milk, sugar, salt and butter/Crisco. Mix well and let cool, then add yeast mixture. Add eggs and 4 cups flour - beat well. Let rise covered overnight at room temp.

Divide dough in half and roll out into a pie shape. Cut each piece toward center - place on cookie sheet, cover and let stand at room temp for 4 hours. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes.
