1 1/4 c. fresh blueberries
1/3 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
8 oz. sour cream
1 t. almond extract
1/2 c. pecans
Powdered Sugar Glaze
Directions:
Directions:
Combine blueberries, 1/3 c.sugar and cornstarch and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes or until thick, stir constantly. Set aside. Cream butter and blend in 1 c. sugar, add eggs 1 at a time, beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Stir in almond extract. Spoon 1/2 into greased tube pan, spoon on 1/2 blueberry sauce, swirling partially through batter with knife. Repeat. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan. Place on plate, drizzle with glaze.

Combine all ingredients together.
