4 cups white cooked chicken (8 de-boned breasts) pulled apart, not diced
3 cups peeled, seeded, diced cucumbers
1 cup crumbled feta cheese (6-8 oz. approximately)
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 cup sliced ripe black olives
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup plain yogurt
4 cloves fresh minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, cucumber, cheese, olives and parsley – set aside in a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, yogurt and oregano
3. Mix all together and chill at least ½ hour
4. Good on large sliced of bread
