Baby Spinach
Chopped red onion
Grated swiss cheese
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
½ cup chopped pecans
½ lb bacon, cooked till crisp and crumbled

Dressing:
½ cup sour cream
3 Tbsp white vinegar
½ cup sugar
2 heaping tsp horseradish
½ tsp salt
1/3 dry mustard

Mix all together and chill until ready to use on top of green mixture
