4 cups cooked cubed turkey (or chicken)
2 pints sour cream
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 cup frozen cranberries
Salt & pepper to taste
1 package Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix (Herbal – in blue package)
3 sticks melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°

Mix together turkey, sour cream, condensed soup, cranberries, and salt & pepper. This mixture will be very thick. Spread in a 9 x 12 greased baking dish or casserole.
Mix together stuffing mix and melted butter. Spread over turkey mix evenly.
Bake for 1 hour in oven.
